I’ve been using this for 8 months now as a sleep aid. I have tried many other aids over many years and I will be sticking with this l product! A benefit I was not expecting is help with inflammation. All around great product.
I am new to CBD Full Spectrum products and decided to try this to help with sleep disturbances. The first time I tried this I used a full half dropper of 3000mg. I had a good undisturbed sleep and according to my Samsung Watch 4 sleep tracker, I had the longest period of deep sleep which was about 1.5 hours. I will definitely buy this product again. I do use it sparingly thought due to the price.
