I am so glad I took his advice. The CBD Full Spectrum 3000 really works for me. I have tried other CBD oils and products with no noticeable results. I use one to two droppers a few times or more a month for sleep issues and knee/ankle pain. Per my sleep tracker, my deep sleep duration for the nights I use the CBD is always longer and it also reduces inflammation in my knee/ankle. All around great product!

After working in the yard/garden or wrenching on one of our vehicles the result is, at times, muscle and joint aches coming from overuse. I am new to CBD Full Spectrum products and decided to try this to help with sleep disturbances. The first time I tried this I used a full half dropper of 3000mg. I had a good undisturbed sleep and according to my Samsung Watch 4 sleep tracker, I had the longest period of deep sleep which was about 1.5 hours. I will definitely buy this product again. I do use it sparingly thought due to the price.
